I am lucky enough to love what I do
I am an L&D and OD wonk with a strong focus on strategy, creative content, and instructional design for traditional/blended/virtual learning. I have a special interest and background in designing impactful experiences for a global audience. I have built mentorship programs, have helped build capacity and COEs, and am a certified PROSCII change management practitioner. Yup, all that.

But wait...there's more! I am an ICF accredited leadership and career coach. I work with individual clients and whole teams to help them identify what is important, and then co-create a plan to help them achieve whatever it is they set out to do.
